Unless we're to believe that Nintendo gives canned responses to high profile gaming websites and personalized responses to random bloggers, I think it's really unlikely that article was legitimate.

Well what do you consider a 'legitamite' website.  I mean, compare the article I linked you to next to this article from IGN.  Where they elevate the opinion of a random blogger who claims to be someone and report it as 'news'.

I mean, which is the more creditable?  The one claiming they talked to Nintendo but is a site devoted to Wiiware news or IGN who claimed they 'knew' the guy?
