They designed directed the Bad story of this game.

Trinity Universe has NIS doing the evil story and Gust doing the good story. I believe Idea Factory is doing the grunt work.

Which of the three did the story for Cross Edge?  If I remember correctly those same three companies worked on that game as well.

As far as I know, Idea Factory did most of the work with the title. The other companies didn't do much outside of providing the licenscing of the characters and such. It was kinda like the Super Robot games. It's a collaboration of a bunch of teams but one specific developer does most of the work.
