@waron: Capcom were projecting sales of 1.5 million lifetime in Japan and 500k in the west so 1.8-2.2 million would be a great success.
OP: Those are some good numbers indeed, especially that hardware boost. It'll be the long term boost that will be important and I'm sure Wii Fit Plus (releasing October 1 in Japan) and the almighty NSMBWii will push the Wii back to where Nintendo wants it to be.
