That's really the problem? I mean, really?
Swapping from WPA to WEP takes all of 3 minutes. I did that after I got my DSi because the extra security I get from WPA is less useful to me than playing with friends on the internet with my DSi. Plus there are a ton of unencrypted Wifi points around where I live so if someone is going to try to steal free internet, they're more than likely to just pick an unencrypted one than break my WEP.
Logic > Paranoia.
