Level 5 is not a big name in the business. It has little "appeal" international or otherwise. It has one successful IP of its own and one which it has been borrowing from S-E. The rest aren't quite up to par.
Level 5 is up-and-coming, but it's nowhere near there yet. Heck, Level 5 has made fewer games than High Voltage Studio and people (stupidly) still manage to consider HVS to be "new" to the scene.
