No it's not. Price is also determined by time. If you want to get the game now, you ahve to pay full price. If you can wait for a year, the value isn't the same anymore and it is fine to buy it for less money. That's really basic economics. @Killergran: Player's Choice existed during the GC era. Those games had silver covers instead of black ones. I thought it existed also during the N64 era in some form, but I'm not sure about that.
