You know, after reading this I actually feel like I've been hit with something.
Phoenix Wright seemed like it was just a silly little (but very good) game, and that Phoenix Wright musical seemed like just a quirky Japanese thing. But this topic has made them seem a whole lot more significant than I realized. Especially when you read a line like "Japanese popular culture has few courtroom dramas. There is no Rumpole of the Tokyo Bailey, no Perry Mason in Osaka.".
