Well first of all, they need to show something about Kirby Wii if they really want to release that game in 2009 in Japan as their release schedule suggests.
F-Zero and Starfox are probably the biggest franchises that had serious installments in every generation but haven't shown up on the Wii, so of course they are high on the list. I don't expect them anyway though and doubt we will see them during this gen.
The question is rather which teams had time recently to develop something. Giving their output, Intelligent Systems should be about ready to show something new. Most likely would be a Fire Emblem, Paper Mario or Advance Wars game.
