They obviously went to other companies Soriku. It's not like this is fuedal japan where it takes them forever to travel to the regional lords laying gifts of food and money down at their feet.
They area likely scheduleing sit downs with all the top 20 or so third party developers and having them to lunch meetings, games of golf and board meetings where they are basically saying.
"Ok things are rough now, but bear with us, trust us we're gonna turn it around, thanks to the 40 gig and other unannounced secret."
Also probably offering to cut back the amount of royalties they collect.
