Depends on how much stock the different areas have to deplete and how much of Sony's own stock would be sold on to those areas. Sony probably won't bother restocking Australia, due to the low number of PS3s being bought, and so if they restocked now, they'd just have more fat PS3s sitting and waiting to be sold when the Slim releases. Whereas the UK still moves enough units for Sony to want to restock them before the Slim is released.
