Nintendo has openly gone after the casual market, its the prime reason for its success. I don't understand why Nintendo owners who are so open to boasting about the systems success are so unwilling to acknowledge why that success has occurred. Seriously, take the good with the bad (or what is apparently bad).

Yes, the Wii has some hardcore games, and yes it has some hardcore gamers but it was never designed to be a "hardcore" system it was designed to be the ultimate casual system. This approach will have many strengths and some weaknesses. I do not see why Nintendo fans would have an issue with acknowledging that, it seems a little childish to me.
