The drop is about what I expected.

Still making money, still outpacing the competition. And it's important to note these sales come in the middle of a recession, at the price the Wii launched in December 06 and without the effect of multi-million selling hardware such as Wii Fit, Brawl and Mario Kart Wii.

They're clearly down from the stellar sales they experienced, but it's no big deal. There was bound to be a drop at some point, and this is the most logical time for it to happen. The stronger software of the second half of the year will push sales up again, but if they want to hit that 26million shipment for Wii, I think they'll need a $50 cut in October.
