When SW and HW sales are down for the industry as a whole, the big three console-making players is affected accordingly:
PS3/PSP: In trouble, making a sizeable loss.
360: Makes a slight loss, no worry here.
Wii/DSi: Still profitable
Nintendo has (again) showed that it makes money even when they sales aren't blooming. Microsoft hangs on, and I think they concentrate on fending off Sony.
