PC gaming only reached mainstream in late 90's, less than 15 years ago, when games like Half-Life, Starcraft, UT and AOE2 poured in. PC gaming is healthier than ever, with over 300 millions PC gamers proving so.
Right now, there are more developers working on PC games than in all Consoles combined, there are more PC gamers than Console gamers, and recently many analysts are saying that PC gaming will disrupt console gaming.
