Yeah, but Tecmo has the right to call their games what they want.
However, you bring up an interesting point. Would MGS4+O, if it existed, be considered a 360 exclusive? Yes. Yes it would.
So yes, this is exclusive.
NG2 sucked though. It took me a long time to realize that. I hated it.
