| intro94 said: are you guys really that interested in Span Smasher? comon. Another Code R is a pitty but is not really that much of a loss either. The reason Disaster didnt up being in US was because EUs dismal sales. And also the overall quality of the product wasnt worthy of Nintendos seal. Its a good ,but short game that shouldnt be released after games like Overlord are out and look so much better and have improved gameplay. If monado doesnt brings its graphics to wii standarts, it shouldnt come to US and taint the nintendo reputation with a subpar game. |
It is really short-sighted to think that one region's sales tendencies are the same as another. Many games sold terribly in Europe on the Wii when they excelled in America.

Nintendo's seal means nothing. It is on every Wii game, even Ninjabread Man. The seal is more of system compatibility than it is quality. Nintendo's lineup is way too weak to just pass up on game's like Disaster because they aren't 9.0 or above. The game is not terrible either, so them not releasing it stateside is just lost money and frustratingly wasted effort.
