Why not? I'm not trying to be sarcastic or whatever, I'm genuinely curious. On another forum I frequent anyone can make an official thread and the community is generally....errr, hopefully smart enough to post all comments about a game in it's official thread. Every now and again you get an official thread on game X and someone makes another thread about game X, but its usually locked within an hour of it's creation.
