Ah yeah, if I remember correctly, you need to go speak to the Zoras first. Then, they'll tell you only the Zora prince could catch a certain kind of fish. So, go back to Kakariko Graveyard and speak to him and he'll give you a special lure to catch those red fishes. Go back to Zora's Domain, go catch one, transform into Wolf Link and sniff the fish... then follow the red trail!
I'm not sure if speaking to the Zoras will trigger the talk with the Zora prince though... I can't remember that part.
