Do yourself a favor, and review my game collection. I have owned four Nintendo consoles in my life, and have owned hundreds of games for them. Oh and for your information all the games on my list are games I currently own. Not games I owned at one point. I was playing Nintendo before you were a itch in your fathers pants. In other words I have been a fan for a long time.
However Nintendo isn't meeting my needs, and no a single game is not justification for me to keep a console I am not using. When I own a console I expect to also buy twenty games for it. To be honest Nintendo isn't churning out the games I want. Maybe next generation Nintendo will have a better offering for my tastes, but that is hardly today. Being a fan isn't about being blind. It is about liking something enough that you feel disappointed when it fails to meet your rather high expectations.
Don't call out people you don't know. Especially when their reasoning is sound. Oh and put up a damned game collection. They are useful when you ask someone for a game recommendation. How can we know what you like if we have no way to measure your tastes.
