I don't think we can make a prediction right now.. I'm quite sure that we won't see a price cut this year though.. Nintendo believes that it's the lack of titles in the first half of 09 that has made Wii sales slow and I agree. To see the results of the WSR, WF+, NSMBWii trifecta will mean looking at sales not just in the next few months but well into next year.

If sales come back up after those three titles to 2008 levels then we won't see a price cut next year, if they come to above 2009 levels but less than 2008 levels then we will see one in Q3/Q4 next year but if sales are down next year on 2008 levels then I expect a price cut for early April.

Of course if WSR doesn't move hardware and Wii continues to fall then I don't think they'll sit around waiting to see if WF+ and NSMBWii will lift Wii back up, I'm sure they'll have bundles or Black Wii's in stores for the holiday season. Nintendo have the following list of system selling software over the next year and a half:

- Wii Sports
- Wii Sports Resort
- Wii Fit (will be discontinued at the launch of Wii Fit Plus)
- Wii Fit Plus
- Mario Kart Wii
- New Super Mario Bros. Wii
- Wii Vitality
- Super Mario Galaxy 2
- Metroid: Other M

So the last two won't raise sales too much but they will bolster the consoles position. Nintendo will have more surprises beyond those titles but they do have a nice list there.
