Basically, if someone doesn't like what you posted or doesn't like you they give you a Minus point which would be on the side of the post. If your +/- is in the negatives, your post becomes minimized and a person would have to click on a + to view what you wrote. It's user self moderation and it would cause a shit storm. :/
