Nintendo had revenues of: $17.642B (todays yen/dollar ratio)
Sony had revenues of: $10.746B (according to wiki)
Microsofts Xbox 360 revenues were: $5.609B (removing the non gaming components of EDD)
Interesting stuff, so Nintendo has 52% of console gaming revenue, Sony has 32% and Microsoft has 16% of the overall $34B that the console makers split between themselves.
In terms of overall revenue I would say that Nintendo are probably under-represented in the console market and over-represented in the handheld market considering they hold much greater market share there. To be honest I was expecting Nintendo to have a greater proportion of the total as they have an iron fisted grip on the handheld market.
It will definately be interesting to see how the revenue split changes over the next year.
Edit: This is for the financial year ending March for Sony/Nintendo and June for Microsoft.
Tease.
