Nintendo will dominate either way. I will agree that most of what you listed will probably not push the hardware. But, this does not mean there won't be anything that pushed the hardware. With motionplus, I'm sure Nintendo has plenty of games.
the last zelda was announced with gameplay footage in 2004 and came out in 2006. We still have no gamplay footage.
Nintendo has made it a policy to not show off games until closer to their release. It has been since 2006 sibnce we had a Zelda. I'm sure they have been working on something since.
