Well it's obviously not going to have the graphics of the 360/PS3 versions. But that doesn't mean it'll be a worse game. The big issue is going to be how it plays, as you said yourself, it'll probably play great.
What interests me more is how different the gameplay will make it from the other versions. Would fight night, or other Mulitplats, give a different enough experience on the Wii to make people consider getting two versions?
