You are very lucky indeed. The cover is much better, and the extras are nice to have. In Canada, we don't have the option of getting the special edition. I went to several stores that told me it was an exclusive for GameStop in the US only.

Come on, it's quite bland. The only way to know it's a shooting game is by getting close and reading the quote. -_-
