I think dec athlete and winter heat are perhaps the best looking sports games from the 32-bit era
oh ya TC should consider the parodius games
plus fighters megamix and the japanese version of fighting vipers (just for pepsi man)
also the sega saturn version of Twinkle star sprites
and if you can handle text heavy japanese RPGs maybe Tengai Makyou IV..
