Natal will definitely be bundled with the 360 when it comes out next year, and it'll most likely be a separate attachment since I can't see them integrating it within the system... would create way too many issues as to where to put the camera sensor.
Who wants to take bets on how long it'll take after its release for reports of people accidentally punching and kicking their TV sets to start appearing? lol
