I would think that games with anything more than a gesture or two would implement the Motion+. Games like RE4 Wii Edition wouldn't need it, as it wouldn't add anything to just one universal gesture.
That's also why The Conduit didn't bother.
A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.
