God I hate this, why do people keep forgetting the Dream cast from Sega, it was part of the PS2 generationm infact it was the one to usher in that generation but it died before the NGC and Xbox came out, which is why it seems people forget, kinda sad since it was an awesome system.
But in ragards to what your saying then no, the dream cast was the least capable.
