well some people were "owning" some games to track them when there wasn't wishlist option on vgchartz, i think. i had few those kind of games(since i bought all of them i just added newer games to wishlists since it's more convenient). i don't see the point in banning for such trivial matter - as long as they don't give opiion bout those games like they mastered them i don't care.
