EW had better gameplay (Seriously why did they change the battle system for Origins?).
The Graphics are about the same.

Story and music are subjective. VO was better in Origins, i'll give you that.
Origins only had 3 playable characters, EW had like 6.
EW had a card deck for each character, Origins your characters shared a deck, which made building a deck annoying.
EW > Origins
