If they don't update it for an out of japan release(bug fixes, flash light control with IR,) then I'm not going to buy it anyways, but then it'd cost them more money and might not have good returns since we don't know how well it'd sell in the PAL and US regions looking at past sales figures for the series, we are fucked either way really since it's standard marketing decision.
