I would not recommend attending business school if your goal is to immediately enter into politics. I would recommend a law degree if that is your desire. Nonetheless, business schools cover many areas that pertain to a politician. These include management, public relations, conflict resolution, marketing, etc. In fact, business is the 2nd most listed occupation for US congresspersons. Only law is listed more than business.

oic, i get that theres an overlap there.
also, i allways thought politics was a career, like nursing, that you need a degree or something in so you know the subject well enough to be competent at it and then keep learning anything else you need to know, to represent your constituents.

1. You have the right opinions SciFiBoy, for our politically correct Western societies in Europe. They're perfect for a youth section of a socialist political party (youth sections are always a lot more radical).

well, im working on 3, as i was shy at school, but i think ive improved on that since then though.
4 might be a problem, lol, im disgustingly honest and nice to other people (so im told)
education may not matter, but i want to learn much more about politics, both about issues i am familiar with and issues i know little or nothing about at the moment.

4. If you're too honest I think u risk getting frustrated in politics. It's a quite dirty business I've heard, even on the grass root level. Although we need honest people in politics of course.
