I don't drink or smoke, but I'd imagine that Super Smash Brothers (the original) would be the most fun game to play while drunk. I've played it straight through the night (we didn't sleep at all) with my friends a number of times, and around 3am, some of the funniest things start to happen and we are laughing and having a hellofa time.
I love playing video games with my friends while being absurdly tired.
