it's not so clear cut and dry like that ,I see your Opinion and while i respect that, i would happen to disagree, because there are many thing's that may be a factor on how the development project is to be finished. and right there is so many factor's that for all intent's and purpose its about the project as a whole and its vision from the get go, and what dynamic that the devedloper's may have to work within. creative problem's happen's all the time within development project's. Developer's have alway's something they may not like that has drived the project in a direction they may not have wanted it too, but those are the break's and you have to deal with them.
