i'm guessing it'll be up there eventually. unlike diddy kong racing (which has charecters owned by nintendo) and banjo kazooie-tooie(owned by rare), nintendo owns the rights the the game.
they just have to realize nintendo has to release all the shitty 3rd party crap before doing something like thinking about us.
