Ok here is how you do it, in order to install 64 bit over 32 bit, you need to do what ius called a Clean Install, basically it just reformats your hard drive and installs fresh, so make sure all your important data is backed up.
Insert the OS disc and when it says perform upgrade or custom install, chose custom, the rest should be pretty straight forward.
