Agreed, but i think we can lets some of the "noobs" off. Established members really should have an avatar. Mind you, I don't think there is any way we can physically make them use an avatar.
Actually I'm a member of another forum and I'm a regular poster but I've never used an avatar, but it doesn't seem to be the trend to have one there.
