You can even download another MAX OUT AWESOME SAVE before patching and use that - it'll tell you that you can't get trophies but once you restart you'll start getting them normally. r u sure? have you gotten any trophies with that MAXOUT save?
from what i heard, the save has to be created under the same account the trophies will be awarded to.
