you win some you lose some, seems to be the nature of things this gen. So if you want either of the games, then simply get the console that corresponds, otherwise put up with the fact you'll miss out, move on and play another game you like. |
It's the nature of the industry. Remember, the industry was built on exclusives, NOT multiplatform gaming. I say, if you really want to play the game that isn't coming to your system, buy the system it's on (if you can). Otherwise, don't complain about it.
Every game doesn't have to be on every system. What would be the point of multiple systems if every damn game is mulitplat....?
I never understood that ridiculous logic...

Maybe because the idea of multiple systems is dying?
|
Since when...?
And if that's true, the industry must be dying too...

Because Xbox Live and PSN and Wii online aren't interoperateable, so if one gets a commanding lead they can sew up most of the online gamers. Couple that with the fact that artistry which is portable is dwarfing the cost of the only semi-portable programming and you have a recipe for ports everywhere and the public gravitating towards the one system. The games aren't going to define the consoles as much as the social network side will, so just as theres one telephone network there'll eventually be one console gaming network and with it only one console. Its stupid and inefficient to maintain two different consoles just to keep track of two different friends lists, buying games sometimes for both consoles etc, most people won't stand for it.
