It has absolutely nothing to do with Activision. Treyarch has no problem with developing for the Wii, Infinity Ward is a bunch of arrogant cocks and they won't do it. Activision just doesn't care enough either way. Simple as that.

To this day I have not been able to find one negative comment towards Wii from IW. I don't know why so many have the idea that IW doesn't like Wii.
And from those at IW I have spoken with they like the Wii quite a lot.
As for which consoles get the game, that is purely and completely, 100% the decision of Activision.
