It fixed a bug with Wii Sports resort, where loading WSR after playing a VC / WiiWare title from the SD card would cause the WM+ Instructional video to show again.
It also allegedly includes a new IOS60 which blocks preloader hacks, but seeing as I don't use that, I can't be arsed checking if the version number updated.
