I didn't think so... so I'm not too hopeful.

Also Rocksteady is 10 times better then Bebop.

Why do i care if they are in the comic or not, they said this game wasn't limited to one form of media & that characters will be taken from all over the TMNT universe.

All TMNT fans know Bebop & Rocksteady & they should be in the game.

Also, Ralph is the worst turtle out there, he's only good at getting himself caught in the movies.
