Whats with all the hate on Halo?

Why though?  Each halo has improved upon the last.  The only difference between Halo 2 and Halo 3 multiplayer are the equipement (Its hard to improve something so perfect), and that doesn't make the MP bad.  Or do you hate the Assault Rifle? (i know i do)

I just thought it was way over hyped for what it was. The online is full of screming kids and imo Halo 2 was much, much better.

Kinda like how i have hate for GTA4, apart from the screaming kids... the online is just bad on that.

But if you like Halo 2 multiplayer why wouldn't you like Halo 3 multiplayer?  Its the same thing basically.  And if your worried about the screaming kids you can always mute them, also you could play with your friends (which is so much better than playing halo by yourself)

 

halo 2 i always thought had much better online than halo 3. those battle rifles just kick so much ass.. but i do think halo 3 has a bit more variety in its online... hmm. i think halo 3 has kind of grown on me over the years. when it first came out, i wasnt used to it and i was like 'ah, halo 2 is better'

same shit happened with smash bros. i like melee better for like a month or two until i actually got used to brawl.
