I just downloaded the trophy patch and my save file is working...
On the details b4 the patch it said that save files from 2.1 were not compatitble, I was on 2.2. This trophy update is 2.3. I'm not sure what it said I can't remember. I have to try getting a trophy.... I'm not sure if I can though since I'm only 85 hours in... I'll try one of the item world ones.
