I finished the campaign.

It was very short and the (half of a) story was really lacking.

The boss fights if you can call them that were really poor also, they took no strategy other than 'aim and shoot'. The 4 legged things you run into a few times never attacked me except for the first one you fight, the others must have been retards or something cos I was using the bloody shotgun on them point blank and they were still not attacking me except for one single time, insted just spawning those flying things nonstop that you can ignore since they so dumb they fly into your gunfire.

Story was just missing so much, the lack of cutscenes when Perfect Dark had them two generations ago is really dissapointing. The twist was obvious I thought and the ending was a load of crap. There were never any dramatic moments in the entire game, there are a load of events that should be dramatic...but they aren't. I also thought that for such a short game making you play the same segment twice was taking the piss a bit.

Level design was all to the same for most of the game, could have used better variety, a lot of it felt copy and paste. When you go into the garden on the white house level for instance it is all new and unique, these type areas are few and far between.

Still an enjoyable game regardless. I was gonna write some positive stuff but I got stuff to do, will continue later.

Did you find the messages and listen to the radios spread out in the game?  And a little knowledge of conspiracy theories goes a long way in the game story wise.

This...

The surface story is shallow but this thing has a DEEP story if you look for it.
