With the launch of the weekly US sales figures, thought it would be a good time to launch the US March sales thread.

I'll get this started now, work out some figures based on the weekly figures posted - and post them here for discussion (Im assuming they are correct :>). I am assuming the month runs from the 4th March till April 8th (5 week period).

Hardware: (in weekly breakdowns)

DS: 129, 125, 121, 118, 114: --- 607k
Wii: 95, 91, 88, 86, 84: --- 444k
360: 66, 67, 67, 64, 72: --- 336k
PSP: 49, 49, 49, 49, 54: --- 250k
PS3: 39, 41, 40, 36, 32: --- 188k

(the numbers adjusted for a 4week period - to compare with last month - are:

DS: 485k
Wii: 355k
360: 268k
PSP: 200k
PS3: 150k

top numbers * 0.8)

Those numbers are definitely too high ,even for a 5 week month .
