He wants to be with players of his quality and the home of football provides him with the best facilities, stadiums etc. It is the most competitive league in the world, forget about the money. Players from all over the world want to play in the Prem, no other league apart from La Liga is like it.
Money is a motivating factor, but he could have chosen Real Madrid and got similar trucks full of cash, he wanted to remain in the best league in the world
