@Ironman: The problem that's going to blow out your warranty, is that you've changed the ECU. If the genuine worked as it should have (which however isn't necessarily how the customer thought it would work), there's no reason to replace it.

It doesn't matter whether you chip it or change the ECU, since the product itself is the engine control program.
And, those aftermarket ECU:s have to have somekind of a licence from the manufacturer.
