Only if they do some serious work to get Community/Indie Games out of the ghetto. There are a few really cool games on the service, but 95% of it is utter shit.
On the other hand, they're locking the number of indie games at 35/year? And this is supposed to be shutting the indie devs out? I am fairly certain that XBLA has not gotten 35 indie games in any single year so far, so I really don't get what the stink is.
